Tim came to Mainstay Partners after spending the first 25 years of his career as an operating executive and management consultant. He has built businesses and led teams for companies which include Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Oliver Wyman Consulting), PepsiCo, Viacom, Prodigy, Gartner, and First Marblehead, in addition to several early stage technology ventures. Tim’s broad industry background, complemented by deep functional expertise in sales, marketing, and business development, allows him to work collaboratively with clients and candidates across several large vertical market segments including technology, consumer products, and financial services. Tim graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and lives with his wife and three daughters in Sudbury, MA.
