Mario brings over 20 years of experience and success in building high performance management teams in the technology sector.  Prior to Mainstay Partners, Mario founded Mosaic Management Solutions, a Boston area executive search firm.  Earlier, Mario was a senior executive at Acterna Corporation (f.k.a. Dynatech Corporation).  There, he and his team recruited CEO’s, CFO’s and functional Vice Presidents for the company’s 45 subsidiaries and many of the company’s partners and customers.  Mario serves on the Board of Directors for Valpey Fisher Corporation (AMEX:VPF) and is active in the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Mass Networking Communications Council.  He is an advisor to the STRIVE program at the Pine Street Inn and is an avid soccer coach and player.
